I looked into Garmin's recent campaigns. They've been leaning heavy into adventure content — outdoor creators are exactly who they're targeting right now. Your overland angle is a strong fit. Want me to draft the cold open around that?

Yes — lead with the overland content and mention the Land Cruiser.

Done. I also flagged their Q3 campaign window — if we time this right, you're pitching into their fall adventure push. I'll factor that into the subject line.

Perfect. What should we do about rate?

Sound familiar?

You're good at making content. Nobody taught you the rest.

Brand deals aren't just about having an audience. There's a whole process nobody walks you through — and most creators figure it out by losing money, missing opportunities, or just never pitching at all.

The blank pitch
You know you should reach out.

You've been following this brand for months. Your audience would love them. You open a new email, type "Hi," and then stare at the screen for ten minutes. You close the tab. Maybe next week.

The lowball offer
They reach out. You have no idea what to say.

A brand emails you. They offer $400 for a video and two Instagram posts. You think it might be low. But pushing back feels risky. What if they walk? You say yes. You say yes every time.

The silence
You sent something three weeks ago.

You worked on that pitch for two hours. You think it was good. You've checked your sent folder twice. You don't know if you should follow up or if that looks desperate. You never hear back.

None of this is your fault.

Brand deals have a whole process — research, positioning, outreach, negotiation, contracts. You just never had anyone in your corner who knew how to run it. That's what Caroline is for.

How it works

She doesn't give you templates. She runs the process.

Tell Caroline who you want to pitch and what you create. She takes it from there — research, outreach, negotiation, the works. You stay in the loop. She does the heavy lifting.

01  —  Research
She does the homework before you write a word.

Caroline looks into the brand — recent campaigns, what content they've used, whether their budget is active — so your pitch is based on something real.

I want to pitch Garmin. Is it worth it?

Their adventure content spend is active right now. They've worked with overlanders before and your Land Cruiser content fits their Q3 push. Worth pitching — and I know exactly how to position you.

02  —  The Pitch
She writes it. You approve it. It sounds like you.

Caroline drafts the opening email based on your content style and what she found about the brand. Not a generic template — an actual pitch built for this specific deal.

Write me an opening email for Garmin.

Done. Led with the overland angle and referenced your Toyo Tires campaign as proof of concept. Subject line is direct — no clickbait. Want me to adjust the tone or try a shorter version?

03  —  Negotiation
She tells you what to say when it gets uncomfortable.

A lowball offer. A scope creep ask. Silence after a great call. Caroline knows what these moves mean and what to do about them.

They came back at $600. I was thinking $1,500.

That's a low opener — common with this brand. Here's a counter that holds your rate but offers them a smaller first deliverable to reduce their risk. Keeps the door open without dropping your price.

The Voice Profile
Every output sounds like you wrote it. Not like AI did.

Before Caroline writes anything, she learns how you talk — your tone, your style, the way you communicate with brands. So when she drafts a pitch, it doesn't read like a template. It reads like you on your best day.

the story behind the name

Caroline was a real person.

When we started working with brands, we had no idea what we were doing. We undercharged, we over-delivered, and we said yes to deals that weren't right for us because we didn't know how to say anything else.

Then we worked with a manager named Caroline. She was the first person who taught us that pitching isn't about begging — it's about positioning. She showed us how to research a brand before reaching out, how to counter an offer without blowing up the deal, how to protect ourselves in a contract. She changed how we thought about our own value.

We built this AI and named her Caroline because that's what she does. She's the manager we wish we'd had at the start — the one in your corner every time you're not sure what to say next.

Caroline is the right fit for most creators.
But not all of them.

Caroline is for you if —
  • You have an audience and real content — brands just haven't shown up, or you haven't gone after them yet.
  • You've said yes to deals that felt wrong because you didn't know how to counter or what your rate should actually be.
  • You've started pitches and never sent them. You know you should. You just don't know where to start or what to say.
  • You're tired of AI that sounds like AI. You want outreach that actually sounds like you wrote it.
  • You're ready to treat brand deals as a real income stream — not something you stumble into when a brand happens to find you.
Caroline is not for you if —
  • You're just starting out and don't have consistent content yet. Build the audience first — Caroline works best when there's something to pitch with.
  • You want to blast generic templates at hundreds of brands. Caroline works one deal at a time, done properly. That's the whole point.
  • You're not willing to set up your Voice Profile. It's a short setup and it's what makes every output sound like you instead of a robot.
  • You're expecting overnight results. Brand deals take follow-up and patience. Caroline makes the process better — she doesn't skip it.
  • You want a fully hands-off experience. Caroline advises, drafts, and guides — but you're still the one building the relationship with the brand.

Still here? Then Caroline is probably exactly what you've been looking for.

Questions

Honest answers.

No. General-purpose AI can write an email. Caroline runs a full brand deal process — she researches specific brands, frames your pitch around their actual goals, advises on rate, handles negotiation language, and guides you through every stage of the deal. She also learns how you communicate through a Voice Profile setup, so what she produces sounds like you wrote it on your best day — not like a prompt output. The difference is depth and specificity.
Yes — as long as you have consistent content and an audience to pitch with. Caroline is built for creators who are ready to go after brand deals but don't know the process. She walks you through every step, so you're not guessing. If you're pre-audience and still building, come back once you've got something to show. The process only works when there's something real behind it.
One run = one brand, one full process. It doesn't matter how many messages it takes — five or fifty, it's still one run. Once a brand is in your system, all follow-ups, negotiation replies, and contract questions on that deal are free. A new run only starts when you're going after a brand you haven't pitched before.
You'll get a heads-up at 38 so you're never caught off guard. When you hit 40, you have three options: top up with 10 more pitches for $19, upgrade to Workshop (which costs less and comes with a lot more), or wait for your count to reset next month. We'll show you all three options clearly — no tricks.
That's what the Voice Profile is for. Before Caroline writes anything on your behalf, she learns how you communicate — your tone, your vocabulary, how formal or casual you tend to be with brands. Every email she drafts pulls from that profile. You can always adjust, but most people find they don't need to much.
No. Caroline is included in Workshop and All Access — you already have her. Log into your member dashboard and she'll be there. Workshop members get 40 runs per month. All Access members get unlimited. If you're on a free plan or bought a standalone product, you'll need to upgrade to access Caroline.
Pitch Like a Pro is a course — it teaches you the process so you understand how brand deals work and why. Caroline runs the process for you. They're built on the same framework, but they're different things. A lot of people find that doing PLAP first makes Caroline even more useful because you understand what she's doing and why. But you don't need one to use the other.
If you sign up and decide within 7 days that it's not for you, email us at hello@workanywhereworkshop.com and we'll refund you. No hoops, no hard feelings. We'd rather you make the right call than feel stuck in something that isn't working.

questions

Good Questions. Here Are the Answers.

What is the difference between the Base Package and the Full System?
The Base Package ($49) includes Stages 1–3: scouting brands, writing cold emails, and evaluating inbound opportunities. Six prompts total. The Full System ($148) adds Stages 4–9, which cover negotiation, pricing, contracts, content creation, brand revisions, post-launch reporting, and re-booking past partners. That is 30 prompts covering the full lifecycle of a brand deal.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
No. You paste the prompts into any AI tool (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar), fill in your information, and get outputs you can send or use right away. The onboarding takes about 15 to 20 minutes and then you are set.
Does this work if I have never landed a brand deal before?
That is exactly who it is built for. The prompts walk you through every decision point, so you are not guessing. Creators with as few as 1,000 followers have used this system to close their first deal. The Base Package is the right starting point if you are just getting started.
How is this different from buying a brand deal course?
Most courses teach concepts. The Partnership Playbook gives you a workflow. Every prompt has one job, a clear trigger (here is when to use it), and a clear output (here is what you get). You are not learning theory — you are running a process. And because of the Voice Profile onboarding, the outputs sound like you, not like a template someone else sent last week.
I am a WAW member. Do I already have access?
Workshop members get the Base Package (Stages 1–3) included in their membership. All Access members get the Full System (all 30 prompts). Check your dashboard at dash.workanywhere.com to access it.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. 7 days. If you go through the materials and do not find them useful, email hello@workanywhereworkshop.com within 7 days and we will sort it out.
